How can I pay for my order?

We accept secure payments through iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and other popular European methods.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes are not always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@bysibra.com.


SHIPPING

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We ship with Mondial Relay and Colissimo. You can choose between home delivery or pickup at a collection point.

 

How much does shipping cost?

    •    Pickup point (Mondial Relay): €5,65

    •    Home delivery France: €11,40

    •    Home delivery other European countries: €13,65

    •    Free shipping on orders over €150

 

How long will delivery take?

    •    France: 2–4 business days

    •    Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

 

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.


How do I request a return?

Simply email us at orders@bysibra.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. We’ll send you a return label within 24 hours.


Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

What are the return conditions?

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached

    •    Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery
