These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.bysibra.com. By ordering from this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products are handmade or curated with care. Product colors may vary slightly from screen to reality due to lighting and display differences.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in EUR.  
VAT is not applicable under article 293B of the French CGI.  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless the order qualifies for free shipping.

Free shipping: Orders over €150 are shipped free within Europe.  
Payments are accepted via Shopify Payments, credit card, or other secure options.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within France and all of Europe.  
All parcels are shipped using trusted services.

Delivery times:
- France: 2–4 business days  
- Europe: 3–7 business days

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. By SIBRA is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.

5. Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Custom-made or worn items cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

7. Liability

By SIBRA is not responsible for:
- Damage during transport
- Lost parcels after confirmed delivery
- Delays caused by external factors (e.g., strikes, customs, etc.)

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be located in the seller's registered city (France).
