Shipping within Europe
We ship with Mondial Relay and Colissimo, ensuring reliable delivery and easy tracking.
• France (Mondial Relay or Colissimo): €5.50 or €11.40
• Other European countries: €5.95 or €13.65
• Free shipping on orders over €150 within Europe
At checkout, you can choose from the available delivery options for your destination.
Shipping to the Middle East
We currently ship to Oman, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.
• International Express Shipping: €34.90
• Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days
International orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. If applicable, these charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
• France: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
• Middle East: 5–8 business days
Please note that international orders may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your track & trace link to follow your package.
Returns
Not completely satisfied? That’s okay. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
• Send your return request to orders@bysibra.com.
• Return instructions will be provided by email.
• After we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed.
Please note: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
For international returns, any customs duties, taxes or additional return-related charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by BYSIBRA.
