At BYSIBRA, we ensure your order is carefully packed and shipped so you can enjoy your favorite pieces quickly and safely.

Shipping within Europe

We ship with Mondial Relay and Colissimo, ensuring reliable delivery and easy tracking.
    •    France (Mondial Relay or Colissimo): €5.50 or €11.40
    •    Other European countries: €5.95 or €13.65
    •    Free shipping on orders over €150 within Europe

At checkout, you can choose home delivery (Colissimo) or pickup at a nearby collection point (Mondial Relay).

Delivery Times
    •    France: 2–4 business days
    •    Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your track & trace link to follow your package.

Returns

Not completely satisfied? That’s okay. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
    •    Return costs are at the customer’s expense
    •    Send your return request to orders@bysibra.com
    •    You will receive a return label from us by email
    •    After we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed
