Refund policy
At BYSIBRA, your satisfaction is our priority.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions or a prepaid shipping label (when applicable).
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified. If you choose to return your item using a different method, please note that BYSIBRA is not responsible for lost or uninsured returns sent without tracking.
We kindly ask that returns are sent back in the same condition you received them.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will email you a return label within 48 hours.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging included
• Free from makeup, perfume, or other marks or scents
• We cannot accept returned items that have been soiled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
Want to exchange for a different size or color?
No problem! The same return conditions apply. Once your item is received and approved, we’ll ship the exchange item right away.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@bysibra.com.
Important Notes:
• Items returned outside the 14-day window may not be accepted
• Returns that don’t meet the above conditions will not be refunded
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or misuse
